LPH Custom SuiteCRM™ standard reports include the User Report which has four sub reports:
New contacts made
- Select the date range. Report has: when created and lists account associated with and User assigned to
Notes made
- Select the user and date range. Report has: date/time/subject/description
Phone calls
- Select the user and date range. Report has: date/time/subject/description
Emails read and sent
- Select the user and date range. Report has: date/time/subject/account/contact/lead/associate
The User Report covers major activities used to track activities of someone in sales.
The Activity Report shows all the sales opportunities: a list of all expected sales by date with estimated closing percentages.
The Opportunity Detail Report shows sales opportunity details by account: sales product description, dollar amount, expected closing date, and expected closing percentage.
The Pipeline by Sales Stage Report is a pie chart report depicting the percentage potential sales in each stage in the sales process.
Customized Reports are available on a RFQ basis.
Most reports are available as PDF, Excel, or HTML formats. At the time a report is generated all reports can be attached to a user, contact, or account.
Reports may also be saved to a folder, e.g. Q4-2023, Q1-2024, etc. or a person's folder, e.g. John, Sally, Steve. Reports may also be mailed to multiple recipients.
