Prior to send your first campaign we
suggest that you:
1. set up a "dummy" lead with an email account you can monitor
2. convert the lead
3. fill in all the required info (fill in information, select Mr, Ms, Mrs.,
etc.)
4. create a target list with the "dummy" account
5. execute the campaign as per instructions elsewhere on the sugar folder
6. check the received email to confirm all the information is correct
If everything is correct you are ready to send campaigns to your clients.
If there are issues review what is
missing/incorrect and create another dummy account with a different email
address (the CRM system doesn't allow the same campaign to be sent to an email
account more that once as a protection to prevent accidentally spamming an
account)
