Generating On Demand Reports
To generate on demand reports click on ZuckerReports, click on On-Demand Reporting and click on the pull down arrow next to reports (see the red arrows)
Next select a report
from the drop down list by clicking on the report you wish to run. A new
menu will pop up. See below. In the example below User Activity was selected.
Type in
the number of days you want to run the report for. Select who you want to run
the report for.

the report will be generated and will open as another window in your
browser. As options you can have the report emailed by filling in the "Send
Email To "
box or attached the report to an Account, Contact, Etc by filling in the
"Attach Report To"
box. See list of On Demand
Reports listed below.
User Report has four sub reports
included
1. New contacts made
2. Phone calls
3. Notes made
4. Emails read and sent This report covers major activities someone
in sales uses for tracking activities.
The Phone Call Report lists all phone
that are recorded by the user
The Activity report shows all the opportunities.
The Closed Deals show all closed business
The Opportunity Detail shows Opportunity details by Account
The Pipeline by Sales Stage - pie chart report
Many reports provide the option of having them generated in PDF, Excel or HTML format.
